5/8 Supervisors, likewise, you should be doing regular check-ins with your people & your CoC to ensure clarity. And that folks are ok.
6/8 Especially important: where’s your well-being at? Stress and loneliness are threats to #mentalheath. So is pressure of working from home with your kids around. Resources to help: EAP for #DND civilians and Member and Family Assistance Services for #CAF.
7/8 @CPHO_Canada offers clear, practical advice and accurate status updates about COVID-19 in Canada. She is informed, analytical and persistent in her intent to #flattenthecurve, just like we all need to be.
