I’m from the future - aka Day 9 of lockdown
1) Give it a few days & this will swiftly be normal
2) Video calls are your friend - and entertainment, exercise, pub quizzes and sanity
3) Where you can use small local biz still working through lockdown (like veg delivery)
5) set a routine quickly - it helps a lot!
6) Shower. Daily.
7) Dress. Daily.
8) Having a cry is absolutely ok
9) Write down the films, tv shows and books you never had time for
10) MOVE daily. Exercise helps!
This absolutely grounds you & reminds you, you are so lucky.
Though it is tough & you may feel out of luck, you are safe!
CLAP for the NHS, supermarket staff, police, delivery drivers, and everyone keeping things ticking.
