1/ Major lesson for entrepreneurs and please listen. OWN YOUR OWN MEDIA. We sell marginally on Amazon, eBay, Rakuten, Walmart, FB. We got washed away on these platforms because of fraudsters, price gougers, etc. Combined, these platforms represent only 3% of our sales.
2/ If we did not own our own media, which is a list of 5 million people receiving daily emails and 45,000 receiving text offers 3X a week, our business would have been crippled. Owning your own media makes you robust.
3/ Build your internal email lists and there are many ways to do that. I cannot use these tweets right now explaining how to build your email list, but research. Build your reach in multiple ways.
