Following #TowardAbolition? Have you noticed @GavinNewsom is ignoring an AWFUL lot of clemency petitions? Predecessor @JerryBrownGov increased clemency significantly - Newsom granted only 27 pardons, 44 commutations out of 123K ppl in CA prisons, ~0.0006%. Absolutely disgraceful.
Your crucial support helped secure commutations for S&P CA incarcerated members, Tammy Garvin, Barbara Chavez, Kelly Ann Savage, Christina Martinez & Gabriela Solano. Your support was key in bringing these survivors closer to release.
