I start with news from occupied region and the #Ukraine Resistance movement.

A collaborator policeman has been shot dead in #NovayaKakhovka (#Kherson region) and two other attempted attacks which are not yet reported.

Yesterday @ZelenskyyUa visited the front line in #KrivyiRih (#KrivoyRog) - this morning #Russia attacked there.

One woman died while a man and his daughter have been severely injured in the attack.

UPDATE: In the last few minutes it's been confirmed that a 20 year old woman has also died in the #KryvyiRih/#KrivoyRog attack by #Russia (see previous tweet⬆️).

It's now being reported this ice hockey player was denied entry to the #USA. Supposedly he did not have the necessary work visa.

He's now back in #Russia as an investigation continues over allegations he "bought" a pass to evade National Service.

#Russia claims it's taken another village in the east of #Ukraine.

Hryhorivka (RU: Grigoryevka) is in #Donetsk oblast, right on the border with #Luhansk region. It's about 20km west of #Lysychansk towards #Sloviansk.

"Accuse others of what we do ourselves" is virtually the mantra of #Putin's #Russia.

Hence, The Kremlin now reports that #Ukraine is so understaffed that prisoners are used to bolster certain brigades of the army.

This comes two days after credible reports of the same in RU.

Nice touch from @coldplay last night. At a concert in #Poland, probably attended by quite a few of #Ukraine's refugees, The British group made time for a version of a song by @okeanelzy, #Ukraine's biggest group.

Russia's propagandists making great play of a new @UN report
It says #Ukraine must take some blame "perhaps even half" for a #Luhansk nursing home massacre back in March.
No mention in RU reports of the bulk of the blame, or the "100s of other war crimes"

#Russia's Defence Ministry today claims they destroyed 22 #Ukraine Command posts in the last day including two in #Kharkiv region "full of foreign mercenaries"

The daily reports are becoming more "Chemical Ali" by the day. But it is made for the domestic market not the world.

Rail sabotage reported in #Russia's #Bryansk region.

Local Governor, Aleksander Bogomaz admitted an "explosive device went off right in front of a freight train" in the Unechsky district at the Robchik-Peschanka stretch.

No injuries... Patriots only try to damage the track.

A big explosion in the centre of #Kharkiv this lunchtime.

No reports of deaths, but 3 people have been injured.
It's believed two houses were badly damaged by the presumed missile attack, but having watched this frame by frame, I cannot see a missile.

The airport and nearby storage warehouses have been repeatedly struck by 🇺🇦 armed forces for three months! More weapons and ammo going up in smoke by the looks of it!

More #Ukraine crops devastated by fire.
This is occupied #Kherson region. Locals say no-one tries to extinguish blazes in fields and they are forbidden to try.

I should point out It's not known if these fires started because of #Ukraine rockets.

More damage reported in #Donetsk this morning.

#Russia has responded with heavy shelling of #Kostyantynivka (RU: #Konstantinovka) reported today.

This video looks like just one fire at first glance, but other photos suggest there may be many impacts.

A substation in the city has shut down. Engineers are investigating the reason.

Authorities report no casualties even though private houses were hit as well as some small businesses.

#Ukraine is reporting 3 people have died after explosions in #Mariupol

Looks like the Komunalnyk business has been struck, with Head of #Odesa region Serhiy Bratchuk saying #Russia is responsible for the attack.

Also reports a new fire broke out at Azovstal Steelworks.

As a libertarian and having criticised #Russia for this, I am concerned at the news #Ukraine is creating a state DNA database.

256 MPs voted for the new law. The Foreign Ministry says Ukrainian law enforcement and intelligence agencies will have access to the database.

Former Mayor Adviser to #Mariupol' Petro Andryshchenko now reports it was three Russians from the Emergency Dept who were blown up in the unsuccessful attempt to deal with mines.
Later the explosion in the Azovstal plant with reports of more victims.

A local politician in #Kherson has warned residents of the occupied region to leave or prepare shelters ahead of a forthcoming advance by the #Ukraine army.

Yury Sobolevskyi urged people who cannot leave to prepare with supplies of food and water.

President @ZelenskyyUa has sacked the ambassador to Germany.
Andriy Melnyk many times strongly criticised Germany and Chancellor Scholz.
#Ukraine's President also dismissed ambassadors in #Czechia #Hungary #India and #Norway.

Zelenskyy also sacked the Head of #Kherson region.

Head of #Donetsk confirmed 3 people died in Russian attacks on the free part of the region today.

The deaths came in Mariintka, Kostyantynivka and Pereizny. In addition, 23 people were injured.

Quite a few asking about why so many people have been sacked today by #Ukraine's President.

In his evening address @ZelenskyyUa explained it as just rotation "a normal part of diplomatic process."

Earlier today #Russia's missiles landed on another small shopping centre, which was also used as a local humanitarian headquarters for the town.

The attack happened in Druzhkivka in #Donetsk oblast at the Astron centre.
