As expected, the #UkrainianAirForce has No AN/ASQ-213 HARM targeting system on their MiG-29s for use of AGM-88B HARM anti-radiation missiles!Therefore, they fire them fee zero. To do that, you need to fly close enough to the #Russian air defense to get a lock with missile sensor!
