I wrote a few days ago #USA promised more #HIMARS, y'day everyone else reported 16 are being sent, but I was (rightly) cautious. It now transpires the new HIMARS won't arrive for a long time as they're being ordered/manufactured and not in existing stock

If it happens it will be interesting to see how much of a rebellion there will be. It's possible there's a big revolt and the people take to the streets to support soldiers who refuse to fight. We've already seen dissent among them.
