In 2017, just saying 'No' to every thing that doesn't add value in my endeavour/entrepreneurship and/or doesn't make sense. 1/n
1. Told 'NO' to some 9+ events to join as speaker. They should pick better entrepreneurs out there.
2. Did NOT send "CEO quote" for Budget. There are enough experts out there.
3. Told Sales team to say ’No’ to price bargain. If product is adding value to events, let them pay for product or we make better product.
4. Did NOT meet several starting up. Let them first figure out their customers & serve few. Startup is NOT sexy,it is decades of hard work.
5. Told my team: Say No to things and raise your participation. Fine to fail. Just don’t do for the sake. #ThreadEndsHere
Missed one more.
6. Told ‘No’ to a media company who wanted to write about our funding when we wanted to share about new product ranges.
This post is getting huge reach on LinkedIn too.
7. Frequently heard, since 2008!
Will you sponsor my event to become exclusive ‘ticketing partner’?
My answer: Not interested.
8. Will you do this event for free? We will get you another big event.
My answer: Not interested. You should make money, we make money.
One more beautiful reason to 'continue to say' No thread in 2017.

Found this screenshot via @safalniveshak thx!
Happy that in 2017 my team is also saying 'No' to fame (big event, do it free) and 'Yes' to wealth creation (medium event but make money).
