Most of PR lives along the north coast- which will be impacted by NE quadrant of eyewall.
The eye itself is projected to slice among the interior mountains- where there is much poverty
Barring a sudden change of track, #HurricaneMaria will have long-lasting implications in PR, USVI, and stateside.
Imagine devastation of a Cat 5 storm replicating Lk Okechobee path today- that is what PR and USVI face with #HurricaineMaria.
