Context: the European Commission position, and the European Parliament's superior amendments, were awaiting the member states to join the trialogue and agree the specifics of public country-by-country reporting. But Germany has now moved to prevent this.
Wider context: the OECD has been increasingly vocal of late in arguing that making country-by-country reporting public would betray the BEPS agreement that the data be private to tax authorities.

Here's a critique of the UK database entries of our Financial Secrecy Index, from a lawyer at Clifford Chance - one of the world's ten biggest law firms (per Wikipedia). And what follows is a response on the points raised.
To begin, we really value expert feedback. We had a nearly two-year review process before the Jan.2018 release, which we were delighted to find brought in a great many stakeholders, including experts, users and subject jurisdiction policymakers..

These new Gas Flare Regulations set out the legal basis/framework for something called the Nigerian Gas Flare Commercialization Programme (NGFCP) - which was approved by FEC in 2016 and launched by Minister @IbeKachikwu in December 2016

First, my stream art. My art usually starts somehow based on a @streamlabs theme, even if only for inspiration or to make my custom CSS/JS a lot easier to wrangle. The text is usually done w/ custom browser sources. For more info on Streamlabs OBS visit streamlabs.com/slobs/d/103698…
For custom fonts, I override whatever font selection is made via custom CSS. I embed my fonts as base 64 in the CSS thanks to @FontSquirrel's webfont generator. Base 64 seems to perform the best for locally-hosted HTML files with inline CSS even. Probably because no caching.

1. The main takeaway for politicians and pundits should be that populist parties are NOT the voice of the people! In fact, in almost all countries they are BY FAR the least favored party!
2. Favorability gap between populist and traditional parties is massive in North and substantial in much of South! This is even the case with left populist Podemos (less favorable than PP, although poll before govt crisis!) and most normalized populist radical right party, DF!
