Ted, why is the ninth word in your tweet "is"? Surely you meant to write "probable cause" somewhere in the tweet—lest you leave the impression for non-lawyers that the FBI must with certitude know what Page was doing rather than at the lowest level of belief the law acknowledges.
2/ I think we're also speaking of entirely different Carter Pages. *My* Carter Page was recruited by Russian spies in 2013, got caught by the FBI, and two months later was still boasting of working for the Kremlin. He then lied about negotiating with Kremlin officials in 2016.
3/ And as @rgoodlaw has pointed out, @TedCornwell, none of us knows what information the four Republican-appointed FISA judges who renewed the Page warrant a second, third, and fourth times saw and/or heard.
