2) Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio (b. in Miami of Legal Resident Alien parents) are not the "Constitutional scholars" they claim to be (Rubio is naturalized by 8 USC 1401(a)). BOTH were protecting Obama and attempting to Usurp the Presidency again.
3) If you think it's an accident that 3 GOP candidates were not eligible natural born Citizens in 2016, and that in 2008 NO eligible natural born Citizen was in the General Election (McCain b. in Panama, Obama b. British of British subject father). You better think again.
4) Nikki Haley, and Bobby Jindal were not eligible either (b. in US of Legal resident alien parents, and naturalized at birth by statute 8 USC 1401(a), according to the holding of 169 US 649, 693 (1898)).
5) The HOLDING of Wong Kim Ark, 169 US 649, 693 (1898), was that those born in the US of Legal Resident Aliens are US Citizens, because they born "subject to the jurisdiction" in the meaning of the 14th Amendment, due to the habitation allegiance of parents legal residence.
6) There is an active assault on the US Constitution eligibility clause of A2S1C5 using supposed "Constitutional scholars" (such as Cruz Obama, Rubio), who are not natural born Citizens to run for POTUS.
7) The object is to infiltrate the Oval Office w/ foreign influence, which the founders felt was deadly to the Republic. That Globalist dream was achieved with Obama, who proved why a natural born Citizen is required- the most anti-American "POTUS" ever.
8) The plan is to make 8 US Code 1401 "Citizens of the US at Birth", a naturalization statute that is part of the Congressional statutory regulation of the 14th Amendment, created by 1952 Immigration and Nationality Act, the same as "natural born Citizen".
9) The Globalists in both political parties are attempting to amend Art. 2 S. 1 C. 5 by Usurpation, as for-seen by George Washington , in his Farewell Address (should be required reading)
