The UK could never accept what is on offer from the guidelines. The level playing field ask is incredibly broad stating that the UK would have to align to EU rules and/or intl* standards on all level playing field provisions including environmental, social, state aid, etc. 1/ 
In a dispute this could mean, as in Ukraine, accepting ECJ dispute resolution as it would be a matter of EU law to determine whether the UK had complied with the regulations where it had agreed to align. 2/
If this is true it would oddly amount to the EU requiring cherry picking. But even if not the guidelines are clear that these would have to binding commitments subject to enforcement and dispute settlement. 3/
That effectively means the EU would neutralise the UK's ability to diverge in a wide range of areas while at the same time substantially limiting it's access to EU markets. There's no way the UK could agree to that. ends/
