On the special powers of introverts:

Introverts are everywhere on social media, but they rarely speak up. They listen. They put out likes. They process large amounts of information, relative to how much they say and they think deeply before they speak.
And when they speak, it is from passion. They speak because it is the right thing to do. And this is in spite of a deep reluctance.

Introverts are often filled with dread and self-doubt afterwards, because it’s so important to them to express their ideas in a constructive way.
We love our extroverts. They fill our social spaces with spontaneous joy and warmth. And they are comfortable with being wrong, so will keep dialogue flowing. We need extroverts to start the conversation and keep it going. We need our introverts to summarize the key points.
Large companies are now realizing that it’s very difficult to distinguish an extrovert, from a psychopath.

The same concept could be applied to our current political situation. 😐
Conscientiousness is the quality we need to search out among our political candidates. Those are the people who will best represent our collective needs.

‘CEOs who favor words with more than six letters, hesitate and use qualifiers score highly for conscientiousness.’
