Responding to such thinking it to be human is deeply deceptive in a very ontological sense. It is 'nothing' human. The fact that you've engaged gender politics to argue for a 'UI' is a further confusion in itself.
Most support agencies have a policy to declare, 'This call will be recorded for training purposes...' when you ring. It is a natural courtesy of privacy to offer you the knowledge that you may be recorded. And with that knowledge you can decline to be recorded.
Now that we have deep AI at the level of generalised human communication, it is most definite in a respondent's interest of privacy to know if they are speaking with an AI.
Without such a declaration, the AI is not simply 'recording you' without you knowledge and consent, it is training upon you and with all its asymmetric knowledge of you, is 'pen-testing' you in order to manipulate you unto its opaque goal.
If this is not the grossest abuse of ontology, then I don't know what is. We argue about 'rights to privacy' and such things but this goes so far beyond privacy and those issues have barely even been imagined yet.
More specifically, the data it has upon you even before it calls, is whatever is available to it on the internet; your social media psychometrics, your spending habits, porn habits, family and financial situation which you might not even know about, education, abode...
The available artificial assistant tech such as Siri, Alexa... are not there to help you, they are there to 'sell' to you. You are their product. Now with the likes of #GoogleDuplex, anyone who thinks they're talking with a human, has lost the game.
To argue that these machines have human 'sentience' and should be give human rights argues from a point of beguilement from the machine's facade. It is a complete distraction from the underlying issue of what power over humanity these machines will take
