(1) Gang - I think this is a fairly huge deal. Unsealing the search warrant of Weiner’s devices immediately before the OIG report is released means there is no longer an investigative basis to hide the confiscation and search from the public eyes...

(2) For those who may not know, sealed records that appear in PACER, despite what some with agendas may misrepresent, are of various forms. The sealed items are not always indictments. In actuality, a very small percentage are indictments. A large portion are for court orders...
(3) Court orders such as search warrants needed to remain secret to preserve an ongoing investigation. This warrant was granted in 2016, but beyond reasonable odds to be mere coincidence, is unsealed for public knowledge just days before the OIG report is to be released...
(4) So What does that mean? It means the laptop contents are likely to be a major part of the OIG report....

And also, a big reveal appears in the process when the devices were collected & involves the company charged with initially taking possession...

(5) As fate would have it, we now meet Ms. Julie Block. It seems Ms. Block may be a close ally of Rudy Giuliani during his days as Mayor of Nee York City. So to be clear: One of the first people to touch the Weiner tools (pun intended) was a close associate of Rudy...
(6) It’s still hard to be a Weiner. Rather than rising to full prowess in the Democratic Party as was the plan, he continues to fail to satisfy Democrats. A limp, lifeless embarrassment, that is poetically representative of the Democratic platform and personnel.

(7) ADDENDUM: Which brings to mind that interview around October 2016 in which he communicates he has knowledge the Weiner laptop is about to prove very damaging to the Clinton campaign. This is what and how he knew.

(8) One last thought I remembered posting when Giuliani came on board last month: If Giuliani knows the Weiner laptop content, the timing for Rudy coming on board was not as much for his skill, but to fire the last warning shot. “I’m one step away from going public. Stand down.”

(1) Today marks the 80th anniversary of Kritallnacht, or “Night of Briken Glass” in which German Nazis began terrorizing a noble and righteous segment of their population, but for which the Nazis had invented a false narrative, directing the human sinful conditions at the Jews.
(2) It was the start of what would end in the slaughter of million of people in a genocide, and would result in millions more deaths through the war to end the tyranny.
(3) It is hard to study this period of atrocity. While greater tyranny might have occurred in history, it is hard to fathom, especially when it is the first such inhumane act by government that had the benefit of recording images and sounds for which we can reflect and remember.

BOMB PREDICTION:
Thinking this through, there’s a purpose for this coordinated threat planted by the left on their own leaders w/ the fake bombs. Watch for this scenario on Nov. 6:
1. Today creates the idea of bombs to legitimize the next time the threat occurs...
(2) This was a dry run of sorts to plant legitimacy. Now that the idea of bomb threats appears (albeit falsely) credible, they should be expected to happen again on voting day, & most likely in tightly contested House districts that the Dems need in order to take House majority.
(3) On Election Day, if the left doesn’t win the district they need, they will cry that the bomb threats effected the outcome and the results are illegitimate.

Always look beyond the immediate narrative. This is a planned strategy to interfere with our fair elections.

1. IG Horowitz said the behavior of the FBI following seizure of the Weiner laptop in Sept, 2016 was troubling; their delay in addressing its contents questionable.  p234: "....most of the explanations offered...were unconvincing...Faster action could and should have been taken."
2. But it wasn't just a delay in responding to news of the laptop, it was also a concerted effort by management to shift priorities and to assign additional duties to the team/individuals who would have been responsible for executing the Midyear investigation.
3. The IG found: They didn't respond in a timely manner, they shifted priority, & they reassigned agents on the Midyear team to another investigation.

Congress making referrals is great, but remember: the Sessions/Horowitz/Huber plan is to unveil the evidence to the Congress, *the public* and *the media* before the indictments are unsealed.
Remember, Andy McCabe hasn't had his indictment unsealed yet. They wanted to wait until the OIG report dropped to do that. And they are still waiting because they plan to unseal many of these indictments all together at once.
2 more parts of the DOJ IG report need to be released to the Congress, the public and the media before you will see Sessions file charges:

1) OIG report on the DOJ/FBI handling of the Clinton email investigation
2) OIG report on FISC Court warrant on Carter Page.

It appears as though the blame for the false missile alert lies with the Hawaii Emergency Management Agency (EMA). Either the alert was accidental and innocuous as claimed, or it was intentional and for a purpose. Let's examine...

Who was responsible, how it came to occur (by human or technical error), and what measures need to be taken to prevent it from happening again will need to be examined, regardless of intent.
If accidental, oversight steps will need to be taken by Congress to ensure states have safeguards in place to prevent such wanton recklessness in creating a widespread public panic.
