I was working till July 2022 under compulsory rural service post MBBS till June of 2022. Could not get MD Gen MED, so decided to drop and prepare for the next 6-7 months.
Until July of 2022, I only solved Marrow Q banks and did pearls. Did not study any notes.
Then I came across @DrAditya2935 sirs videos of how a person cracked the exam using revision notes and his suggestion of Kam Pado Baar Baar Pado.

It was really difficult to start off with notes because I had never used them. But slowly I got the hang of it. Solved PYQs and annotated them to my Marrow Revision notes. I also subscribed to Reflex app by @DrAditya2935 sir and solved as much as I could.

Bradley is the standard #textbook in #neurology. A great book, it’s more like #Harrison. Great for information, latest research and management. Essential for the DM #neurology candidate, but also useful for MD #internalmedicine

Rifampicin can precipitate a crisis as it increases the metabolism of cortisol and lowers its levels
Infact Rifampicin can unmask pre existing adrenal insufficiency.

Why the #TamilNadu govt. did not issue a clarification or circular to all govt. & private medical colleges for the past 2.5 months till April 30, reiterating the stand over a Centre vs. State conflict?

He goes 2 a GP. Clinical examination and blood tests done. Says some chest infection. Puts him on antibiotics for a week. Asks for review. 1wk later some change in symptoms, but not fully ok. GP extends antibiotic course 7 more days. C, no fever and no signs of infection yet.

After 14d course, no change. Patient chucks the GP. Goes for a senior GP. Senior GP does clinical exam,blood tests AND chest X ray. X ray comes back as "not looking normal" 🙄 But no diagnosis. So he says. Let's try a short course of #antibiotics AND antifungal. Again 14 days
