This summer the Court wrongly ruled that a Nevada law discriminating against religion could stay in place. With #ACB, the Court was able to right that ruling today.
Yet again Chief Justice Roberts was willing to set aside his duty to enforce the Constitution when state or local leaders are hostile to religion under the guise of public health. But thankfully, this time he and the liberal justices lost.
It should be noted that MSNBC did not carry a single second of #ACB's swearing-in ceremony at the White House or a single second of #ACB's remarks after being administered the oath by Justice Thomas.

While we are appropriately celebrating the life of Justice Ginsburg, we should also recall what as been called the Ginsburg Rule for judicial confirmation hearings, dating back to her own confirmation hearing in 1993, presided over by then-Chairman Joe Biden:
“A judge sworn to decide impartially can offer no forecasts, no hints, for that would show not only disregard for the specifics of a particular case, it would display disdain for the entire judicial process.”
