It would essentially productize the ad hoc usage of reddit, GitHub, twitter, gitter, EIPs, Discord etc. and be the platform to we use to create, develop and grow crypto networks.
FWIW I tried to do something like this in 2015 with a project called Horyzon. It was too early then but I think it's possible now that we have hundreds of token projects, primitives like TCRs, Web3.js and of course enormous developer/entrepreneur interest in blockchain.
