VP Pence now in meeting just off the House floor in Speaker Ryan's ceremonial office. Photos not allowed. Lots of security. Lots of reporters.
Secret Service seems especially skittish outside Pence meeting. We have been specifically warned not to push too closely for comment upon departure. Normally Pence walks by us without any issue.
Pence, Kushner, Mulvaney leave without comment. Meadows says talks are 'ongoing'

1) Both are big for different reasons. Trump v. Hawaii was big because it solidified Trump's authority to deal with immigration that wasn't coming by land via Executive Order, which was a national security issue. But Janus? That's strategery.
2) Strategery, just to recap, is the art of winning by destroying your opponents ability to defeat you, as opposed to strategy, which is the art of winning by defeating your opponent.
3) Rendering an opponent unable to beat you comes in many forms. Luring them into traps to destroy their ability to faithfully argue their point, preparing your actions around their predictable reactions and then actively causing their reactions
