Genuine question (my favorite kind): In the past, have law schools issued press releases on Supreme Court nominations of its alumni, or had a nomination become the subject of petitions/counter-petitions signed by lots of the students? yaledailynews.com/blog/2018/07/1…
I'm trying to figure out if the story here is about the perils of a school having a press release seeming to endorse a nominee, or if the story is about students having an unusual reaction to an innocuous press release, or something else.
