2/ of your ballot for their own self-serving reasons. @BrianKempGA could decertify the machines. He won't. The State Election Board won't even meet in the face of this crisis. (We are petitioning them). But your county commissioners OR your county board of elections can do it! 
3/ Your county board of commissioners has full legal authority to choose to use the county's optical scanners to conduct an all paper ballot election.
4/ Also, your county board of elections has the full authority to determine if the paperless machines are unreliable and therefore "impractical" to use for elections, and that paper ballots are needed. (Just as if they would for a power outrage or known computer virus.)
5/ Citizens need to ban together and demand that local boards use their local authority to secure the election. There is overwhelming evidence of Georgia's security failures. Although Kemp will tell them that they cannot disobey the State Elec Bd Rule. But laws trump rules!
6/ Voters are also petitioning the St. Elec Board to mandate paper ballots, but they are ducking the issue by not holding timely meetings!
