Now I don't believe Putin as far as I could throw him, but this is ridiculous spin

1. At the Helsinki news conference itself Putin said "please get this rubbish out of your head" directly about "compromising materials"
2. When later interviewed on Fox, Putin was even more explicit in his denial:
"No, we have no compromising materials"
"No, we have no compromising materials"
Again: Putin could be lying or not. I don't know. Nobody does and you can't prove a negative
