1. A Completely Bogus Announcement About A Completely Bogus Scandal

Democratic stooge Rod Rosenstein is now telling us that we should expect to hear from our government whenever America is being fingered by foreign adversaries.
washingtonpost.com/world/national…
2. First of all, how is such information dissemination even possible, let alone constructive? Rod and his team will have to either inundate the nation with such information every single day, hour, and minute, or never say anything of substantive value ever.
3. Is there anyone with half a brain who doesn't think that our adversaries are constantly attempting to surreptitiously infiltrate our systems and infrastructure every single minute of every single day? It is a given that they are, and it is a given that there are lots of them.
4. That's why we build elaborate defenses to foil such attacks. Are we now going to get nonstop tutorials on national cybersecurity operations? If not, are we going to get public service announcements about every two-bit Facebook ad which can be traced to some foreign source?
5. This is a sham announcement whose only purpose is to keep the flame under the sham "Russia! Russia! Russia!" narrative burning. Let us review Democratic Rep. Adam Schiff's hallucination:
6. If this disclosure requirement had been in place, what would have been disclosed by our august government truth ministry exactly? I guess something alike this:
7. "DNC has brought to FBI's attention that John Podesta's email account has been hacked. DNC has refused FBI any access to their server, but trust us, at some point the emails will possibly be released to the public by some foreign source. +
8. "It is highly likely that the public will learn some ugly truths about DNC, but pay no heed to those truths. Just remember this truth is being brought to you by a foreign adversary, and hence please don't change your vote because of the truths you learn -- Yours truly, FBI."
9. Is this what Adam Schiff is droning on about? Is this the kind of public service Rod Rosenstein envisages DoJ will be providing in the future. Of course not. Like I said, this is a sham.
10. Cybersecurity is a very serious issue. Serious people need to do serious things to protect our national information sources. And for the most part, they do. To the best of our knowledge, no national information source was compromised during the last election.
11. Facebook is not a national information source which taxpayer money needs to be spent on to protect. That is Facebook's job. If Rod recommends some regulation which will require Facebook & other corporations to disclose all foreign money supported political advertising, fine.
12. DNC email server is not a national information source that taxpayer money needs to be spent on to protect. That is DNC's job. DNC failed miserably. Pox on them. No national secrets were compromised.
13. Why on earth are taxpayers being forced to foot the bill for extensive investigations into the fallout from the utter incompetence of DNC to protect its own technology infrastructure?
14. So, nothing that has been reported to have happened during the 2016 election cycle rises to the level of concern being whipped up by Rod Rosenstein through vague pronouncements which sound oh so dark and mysterious.
15. In third-world countries a political party which loses an election or a political party in power which is having great difficulty in delivering results, the first thing they blame is "a foreign hand." Democrats and MSM are sounding more and more like third-world apparatchiks.
