We put on a bull put spread for Aug expiry at 160/155 on $FB for a credit of about $0.9

@Naveen_Joshi was gungho and went with a 1:2 Put Ratio with 165/160 PE $3.15 cr.

Vorrei fare qualche ragionamento intuitivo sullo #spread:

la differenza tra il costo di "nuovo denaro" per lo stato italiano (tipicamente nella forma di BTP tasso fisso a 10 anni) e per il paese ritenuto più sicuro dentro l'eurozona, cioè la Germania.
Dal punto di vista dei fondamentali economico-finanziari, lo spread aumenta se

1) aumenta il rischio percepito di insolvenza da parte dell'emittente --> lo stato non ripaga o ripaga in ritardo ("insolvency risk")

2) lo stato ripaga in una valuta diversa ("redenomination risk")
Che dire del rischio di redenominazione? Si tratta di un fattore negativo se il tema è quello di essere ripagati in una valuta che VALE DI MENO rispetto a quella iniziale, cioè svalutata. Tutti concordano sul fatto che ciò accadrebbe in caso di uscita dell'Italia dall'euro.
