The temporary restraining order issued in the 3D printed gun case is pretty interesting because it doesn't appear to enjoin Cody Wilson, Defense Distributed, or the Second Amendment Foundation. Instead the order is enjoining the State Department. scribd.com/document/38514…
The judge is, in effect, telling the State Department they can't settle with Cody Wilson and SAF but isn't telling Wilson and SAF anything. 
It'll be interesting to see what Wilson does because, as far as I can tell, any repercussions for posting the files for download would have to come from a State Department that already said they want to allow him to post the files. I'll have to interview him again to find out.
Just to tie up this thread, Wilson announced on Twitter that he would be shutting down DefCad.com as a result of this order. So, he will not be making the files downloadable at this time.
