THREAD:
(1) BIG STUFF! I think this is new information, with great relevance: The Gateway Pundit reports that the June 2017 FISA warrant renewal was signed not just by Rod Rosenstein (as previously was the sole signatory mentioned), but ALSO by...

thegatewaypundit.com/2018/08/report…
(2) ...none other than Andrew McCabe!
For all the Rosenstein-doubters out there: Follow very closely...And promise me if this is correct that you will apologize to Sir Rod for doubting him. 😋
Rosenstein has received a lot of crap for signing this FISA renewal...
(3) ...In fairness, I get it and don't fault anyone who has doubted his commitment to drain the swamp. However, as I often note to doubters, in March 2017, AG Sessions conducted the traditional purge when an administration changes parties in the White House...
(4) It is normal for the AG to ask all US Attorneys, in this instance all 46 of them, to tender their resignations. This is done for the exact swampy reasons we have seen with Obama holdovers: They're prone to undermine the new administration w/ their bitterness over the change.
(5) Included in the 46 US Attorney purge order was Rod Rosenstein and Dana Boente. HOWEVER,...
(6) ...in a purge, the POTUS always reserves the right to REJECT a tendered letter of resignation. In March 2017, President Trump rejected only two of the 46 resignations by US Attorneys. I will give you one guess to name one of those rejected resignations...
(7) First, the not-so-easy one to guess: Dana Boente. Mr. Boente was appointed as interim Attorney General by President Trump on January 30, 2017, while Senate confirmation of then-Senator Jeff Sessions was stalled by Democrats. And what is Mr. Boente doing today?
(8) Mr. Boente was appointed General Counsel to the FBI on January 23, 2018. One of the two US Attorneys that Trump refused to release from service is now the top lawyer in the management of strategy and internal investigation of bad FBI actors...
(9) President Trump TRUSTED Mr. Boente not once, but twice, to take on major roles that demand the highest degree of character, ethics, and secrecy. SO much so that he refused Mr. Boente's resignation.

And Mr. Rosenstein is no different a story...
(10) Sir Rosenstein was NOT allowed to resign, despite tendering his letter of resignation. PRESIDENT TRUMP not only refused his resignation but supported his appointment to Deputy AG. Sessions recused himself in February 2017. However, Sir Rod required Senate confirmation...
(11) ...to his role as Deputy AG, & was not confirmed by the Senate until 04/25/17. President Trump had plenty of time following Sessions' recusal to retract his support for Rosenstein & knew full well Sir Rod would be stepping into the lead for Russia investigatory oversight.
(12) Sir Rod is unequivocably serving at the pleasure of the POTUS. Which brings us to the recent revelation of the dual signature on the June 2017 FISA warrant renewal to surveil Trump campaign and possibly even administration personnel...
(13) The acknowledgment that Sir Rod signed the June 2017 FISA renewal has prompted a non-stop belly-aching and groaning from many conservatives, claiming this alone proves he MUST be compromised, and part of the mythical level of "deep-state" that has the power to destroy POTUS.
(14) But this is a FISA application and not some grocery shopping list. To assume the most scrutinized legal document that can be filed in a federal court would be signed by Rosenstein without some strategic purpose for it should bring anyone pause to consider "more" at play...
(15) Now it would appear we can see what that "more" was. McCabe reported directly to Rosenstein. And they BOTH signed the FISA renewal in June 2017. Furthermore, Rosenstein caught immense flack from the public, press, and Congress recently...
(16) ...when he appeared to suggest he had not read the FISA renewal before signing it. Now assume one small fact with me to fit this all together. McCabe BRIEFED his boss, Rosenstein, on the renewal. Not an unreasonable assumption at all. End assumption...
(17) Rosenstein and the world knew in June 2017 that McCabe was dirty. Investigators had been monitoring McCabe for most likely months before June 2017. ANY act by McCabe was surely assumed potentially sneaky and self-serving. BUT, to catch a crook...
(18) ...sometimes EXTRAORDINARY measures are necessary. And to catch an organized crime unit, more complex countermeasures are necessary.
(19) So, in summary, when President Trump declassifies various records this month, view them through the lens of catching an organized crime syndicate. View them with deference to those leading the charge, and before assuming the worst,...
(20) ...remember that the President kept but two US Attorneys, knowingly and with informed decisionmaking, and HE wanted them to manage ALL aspects of the biggest criminal investigation and prosecution in history. There is but one chance; but one bite at the apple...
(21) It only takes ONE procedural flaw for a court to toss the ENTIRE prosecution out, resulting in the evil ones walking free. By the book. All "I"s dotted and "T"s crossed. I'm with Chess-Master Sessions, Sir Rod, and our President.
