DID YOU KNOW that the @MBuhari-led administration flagged-off the Ogoni cleanup project in 2017?

The @MBuhari-led administration has since set aside $170 million seed funding for the Ogoni cleanup, the fund is being kept in an Escrow Account established for that purpose. The Escrow Agreement signing ceremony took place in April 2018.
The Ogoni cleanup project is being managed by the Ministry of Environment’s @HYPREPNigeria. Ever since its commencement, the @MBuhari-led administration has trained graduates from Ogoni who studied Environmental Science in order to enhance their capacity for the remediation work.
In furtherance of its commitment towards the clean-up of Ogoniland oil spill, the @MBuhari-led administration has so far attended to over 5,800 patients and 65 surgical cases treated under phase II of its Ogoni Free Medical Outreach Programme.

This surveillance tech is deployed at Sabarimala currently with Artificial Intelligence based high-res cameras fitted onto drones synced with various databses and biometric profiles under what they call "Predictive Policing" - stopping crime before it starts or future crimes.
Under Predictive Policing Hot Spot analysis police personnel will analyze & predict geographical areas of increased crime on basis of crime data. It will process all patterns relating to time of occurrence, exact locations, even shops, hotels, bars or other establishments.
Detectives will study social & infrastructural environment of a location & its local demography. Analysis will also be made of such things as local weather conditions, days on which offences are committed, whether it was around pay-day etc. But how they know its your pay-day? :)
