Science was a part of Philosophy in ancient times. Not anymore, people don't much about the connection.

May be, we only need to understand:
1. What we are trying to communicate
2. What is the the context
3. Who is it for.
Depending upon the condition that:
How important / relevant / Interesting are you to the respective entity.
