This is a newly created role and requires a resourceful and engaging person with good experience and qualifications in Facilities

To manage and deliver a comprehensive day-to-day facilities service

Essential to have BIFM Level 4 qualification OR equivalent experience

BIFM membership and IOSH or NEBOSH qualification is also required

As is hands-on experience managing facilities services for multiple locations in an office environment,

Ability & experience managing small teams &

Managing and tracking budgets.
