This is a perfect example -- IBD laments the lack of focus on rising wages (and you I have been all over this for years) but ignores rising inflation, which makes real wages falling over past 2 years. . .

The data is out there - especially early in our careers, we need to learn how to find original sources, analyze + contextualize data, all the while being very self aware of our own tendency to recognize patterns and to selectively see things that may not be there.
