1. Concerning Peter Strzok, what happens 2a case if an investigator is a
💩 Dirty cop.👮🏼‍♂️
The state has 2go back & look at ALL other cases & convictions that dirty cop was involved in & determine whether the conviction wld hold up w/out ANY evidence he procured.

2. ..because ALL the people he helped 'put away', would surely appeal.
Could go back years.

The same would apply to States or Federal Attorneys/Prosecutors
~ if he/she were found to be "dirty", let’s say...for accepting a bribe.💰

Imagine all the cases they may have 'tried' that would have to be revisited.

What if a 👨🏼‍⚖️judge, & 👨🏼‍⚕️prosecutor & 👨🏼‍💼defense counsel teamed up to defraud the People?

8. Last wk, in order 2gain leverage over Michael Cohen, 1 of @realDonaldTrump’s private attorneys, w/a boatload of real evidence 2 convict Cohen for a very long time, Cohen’s lawyer & former(?) Clinton lawyer Lanny Davis, teamed up w/federal prosecutor in the S District of NY,

9. ..to have Cohen plead to charges for crimes that do NOT exist
(i.e. acts that are NOT criminal)
in exchange for a guaranteed 5-yr sentence.

Why?
I’m not sure.
Maybe the mandatory min on the real charges wld b far larger.

All I know is that "We The People"

11. Surely, somewhere out there, there is some "amicus curiae" appeal, on behalf of 'the People', to plead the People’s case, & then, be able to take the case to next higher court.
