1) THERE'S THAT WORD AGAIN! 'Legitimacy'. Where have I heard it? 
2) Thaaaaaaat's right. I described why liberals use the word 'legitimate'.
3) The TL;DR is that when liberals don't have an argument or can't meet a standard, they make a NEW standard from which to base their arguments on.
4) They can't say that Kavanaugh is an unconstitutional pick, because Trump is the President and all of their excuses for why he shouldn't be able to appoint a Supreme Court justice don't actually hold any water.
5) But see, here's where the liberal buzzword 'legitimate' gets dangerous.
6) Because Trump picks are on the Supreme Court, liberals consider any decisions from the Supreme Court they don't like illegitimate, because the Supreme Court at that point is illegitimate.
7) What we're going to see over the next few years after Kavanaugh is appointed are liberals regularly defying the Supreme Court everywhere in our society. Liberal judges ruling opposite of the Supreme Court, liberal government officials and organizations ignoring their decisions
8) Why? Because they can. Because they feel like they can. They owe no more loyalty to the constitution than they do to honoring the flag or living up to their ends of bargains (Thanks Harry Reid for all those judicial picks!)
9) And this is why they must be voted out of power everywhere and exposed for the malignant tumors that they are. Because even when we win, even when we get the supermajorities we need to enact the constitutional amendments necessary such as an end to birthright citizenship
10) They are STILL going to try to sabotage and destroy everything that was built. Because they see everything that someone who isn't them does as illegitimate, and thus free to be ignored and destroyed.
