Keep in mind in many cases networks activated by authoritarian governments often initially only had indirect institutional contact through ideological movements that states find useful but keep at arms length. A pattern found with Osmanen biker gangs and E. European Eurasianists

There are many great initiatives encouraging integration of Russian-speakers and cultural exchange between them and Germans. Many actively help recent refugees and migrants.

99.999% of them were not founded by a Far Right lawyer who wants to bring down the political system
