The remains of the chlorine IRAMs used by pro-government forces in chemical attacks against Douma on January 22 and February 1 2018 according to the new @UNCoISyria report were well documented by @STJ_SYRIA_ENG as part of a joint report with @Bellingcat bellingcat.com/news/mena/2018…
The Saraqib February 4 2018 chlorine attack was executed by pro-government forces, according to the new @UNCoISyria report. It's worth noting the modified gas cylinders used in that attack have many similarities with those used in the April Douma attack bellingcat.com/news/mena/2018…
The new @UNCoISyria report also states "[a] vast body of evidence" suggests "a gas cylinder containing a chlorine payload delivered by helicopter" was used in the April 7 2018 Douma attack. Only one side is using helicopters in this conflict.

I always find these theories about Bellingcat being created to do this or that, or being some sort of government project fascinating, because there's clearly a community of people who believe it even though it's false. They're living in a world made up of their delusions.
It's impossible and pointless to engage with these people as their world view is based on delusions, and any challenge to those delusions are just seen by them as more proof their delusions are correct.
In the end we didn't need virtual reality to create alternative worlds, people just ended up doing it in their own heads.

One of General Haftar's minions gets off scot-free for mass executions, currently subject of an ICC arrest warrant. The videos of the executions were posted on social media by his own unit.

Syria has for a while now the potential to become the start of a much wider conflict - a "world war" - but for some reason these "world leaders" decided that bombing Syria with Russian troops on the ground was "worth it" - now the reason they gave turns out to have been a FAKE.
... so what does "chlorine" mean? ... well ... unless you pump chlorine gas into closed spaces without escape it can be lethal ... but the "bombs" that Syria's "rebels" reported came from above - hit roofs, beds - and in this case one should be able to walk away from it unharmed.

Firstly, the headline itself uses the word "doubt" and ultimately this appears to be the purpose of the article - to give the pretence of impartiality while repeatedly posing seemingly innocent questions which feed the conspiracy theorists.
Fisk says he interviews one single doctor in Douma who contradicts the official Russian and Syrian narrative that the videos were faked. Fisk does not point this out.

Immediately following the chemical attack in #Douma, Syria, the usual suspects are lining up to push the theory that it was a false flag.
This isn't the only time in the last couple of months we've seen "false flag" theories pushed in the wake of a chemical attack. In one case, the prime suspect is Assad's government, a Russian ally, and in the other the Russian government itself.
We downloaded recent tweets containing the hashtag #FalseFlag; the majority are related to the attack in Syria. 1744 of 1950 (89%) of the accounts involved also have #Novichok tweets on their timelines.

Kidnapping Civilians, using them as human shields, then gassing them is a rebel tactic. Civilians kidnapped in Latakia, may have been gassed in the Khan Shaikyoun Idlib. Today's attack is exactly one year to the day of #Trumps strike on Syria.
