The second part of the Seaborne Freight privacy page talks about members, and appears on a few other websites. The biggest clue this is just some generic template is they've forgot to fill in the [Business Name] fields.
As @BeedeGee notes, the Seaborne Freight Portal Login is just an image that links to the Google front page.

I always find these theories about Bellingcat being created to do this or that, or being some sort of government project fascinating, because there's clearly a community of people who believe it even though it's false. They're living in a world made up of their delusions.
It's impossible and pointless to engage with these people as their world view is based on delusions, and any challenge to those delusions are just seen by them as more proof their delusions are correct.
In the end we didn't need virtual reality to create alternative worlds, people just ended up doing it in their own heads.

One of General Haftar's minions gets off scot-free for mass executions, currently subject of an ICC arrest warrant. The videos of the executions were posted on social media by his own unit.

My company was raided. It should have been a straightforward matter. But the #MetPolice & #LBRUT forgot to seize my computer & came back to do a 2nd raid. The search warrant didn't permit a second entry, however, #LBRUT entered unlawfully
