2. Bear with me, this may be somewhat slow. I have a big download going on the other computer, and out here in the sticks our so-called "broadband" is pretty much a two-lane blacktop.
3. The Constitution - the base document, not the Bill of Rights / Amendments - is basically just instructions for a government. These people get elected this way, this often, and have these duties and responsibilities.
