I like the near frictionless nature of 737, the former, not so great. While trying to use 329, it asked me for a few details; first name, last name, date of birth. By the time I got to the DOB part, I became frustrated and abandoned the transaction.
I just wanted airtime for God sake. Why all the hoops? It turns out, 329 is a way of onboarding new customers into the bank. You get a "tiny" account that has a cap on everything. When I realized this, my first thought was "why make me do this again? You already have my details"
Air time on 737 is the Trojan horse. It sucks you in with that and then it begins to slowly ease you into the world of possibilities.
