I am not sure if this is aging or lack of general and consistent exercising, my left knee just gave in this morning while returning from breakfast. The stares were out of this world. And it hurts. Thanks to the bellhop that came to my aid.
I am not sure if this is a thing, but I think hotels should have onsite physicians for these like this. Yes, no one goes to a hotel to fall sick or something, but you never can tell.
So, I need to start taking exercising seriously. I will start with cycling.
