Trump personalized the midterms for the 1st time tonight: “You know, a poll came out, they said everybody’s going out in 2020 because they want to vote for you...But they’re not maybe coming out in 2018. Get out in 2018 because you’re voting for me in 2018. You’re voting for me.”
In chronological order, ways Trump tonight described election night 2016:

1) “The most exciting night in the history of politics.”
2) “One of the greatest nights in the history of our country.”
3) “The most exciting evening for a long time, maybe ever.”
Trump on Democrats tonight: “They aren’t just extreme. They are frankly dangerous, and they are crazy. They’re crazy.”
Trump said he will get the New York Times, Washington Post, ABC, CBS and NBC endorsements in 2020.
Rare Double Sir Alert! Trump said an unnamed senator told him, “'Sir, I’ve been in politics for 25 years I’ve been a senator for many years.' I said, 'Sir, I’ve been in politics for two and a half years, and I’m the president of the United States.'"
Trump: "I will always protect pre-existing conditions. And Josh Hawley will always protect pre-existing conditions.”

Trump's admin is arguing in court that the ACA's pre-existing protections should be voided. Hawley signed onto this same lawsuit seeking to strike down the ACA.
Trump said "we have a true swamp in Washington," referring specifically to the Department of Justice and the FBI. He continued: “There’s a lingering stench, and we’re going to get rid of that too.”
Otherwise an unremarkable rally in Missouri: the same lies, the same tales, nothing too wild. Most notable were the personalizing of the midterms, the defence of Kavanaugh, the non-discussion of the Rosenstein story, the line on pre-existing conditions. /end of 4-hours-late-tweet
