A video clip of Kavanaugh saying he was a virgin in high school and college was a laugh line on Jimmy Kimmel's show. Pay attention to this logic, because it reveals why the former host of The Man [sic] Show and other men of that ilk are feminists.
Demanding "equality" of the sexes is subterfuge. Men who demand that women be granted all of the same rights as men are really undercutting the foundational truth that it is a man's natural duty to protect the women in his life. Chastity is one aspect of that duty.
Unmarried men are obliged to be faithful to their future wives and to respect the future and current wives of others. They are also called to respect the authority of the fathers of all unmarried women and face their wrath if they don't. This is the natural order.
American society has been hellbent on denying the natural order for generations. We've stripped away all natural and traditional protections for women, only to stand jaw-dropped in wonderment when men steal chastity and dignity from women.
In fact, the feminist response is, quite literally, to insist that women have no special dignity to begin with. They have nothing unique that can be stolen or violated. The only protection to be afforded the vessel of life is her "right" to kill that life.
Thus, abortion is the original transgender movement. Women have no seed to sow, but we must pretend that they are the same as men: able to violate chastity with no consequences in their mortal bodies. Because of this, Roe v. Wade is considered sacred—the guarantor of "equality."
Kimmel exemplified all of this by mocking virginity. His entire career (he's hardly alone) has been a mockery of chastity in every form. That this is now done in the name of protecting women (not that they're unique!) is further proof of the prevalence of diabolical reasoning.
Man, made in the image of God, believes the lie that he will somehow be more like God by doing the opposite of what God says. (Oh, just this once.) The implication is that God is not good, because He's withholding something good and deserved ("human rights"!) from man.
Ultimately, to make fun of chastity is to make fun of God. It is also to invite the widespread dishonoring of women (body and soul) in the name of a freedom that is truly slavery. Which is why so many men allow themselves to be cowed by feminism: "Equality" means opportunities.
