QUESTION: What happens if the FBI report that comes out in a week is incomplete and inconclusive as to sexual assault, but conclusively establishes the facts necessary for *multiple* perjury allegations against Brett Kavanaugh?
2/ I'm holding to my previous statement that the total number of credible perjury allegations that can be leveled against a prospective Justice of the Supreme Court of the U.S. before his nomination is immediately scuttled is *one*. We don't let our judges commit perjury. Period.
3/ I'm submitting here that if the FBI had more then a week to work and was assured of being able to look at all present credible allegations, sexual assault allegations would be a *grave* threat to Kavanaugh's nomination. Under these circumstances, perjury is the gravest threat.
