7/ Under AR state law, a nonprofit corporation MUST have 3 or more directors--the @ClintonFdn cannot prove this to be the case for itself and for Clinton Global Initiative, Inc. (the main SLUSH FUND) that NEVER was validly organized or operated as a tax-exempt organization
