Is there a single example of when Trump calls someone a name & that name doesn't fit Trump better than it fits the accused?

So this is just another way Trump deploys obvious lies. Everyone knows Trump is the phoniest person alive & this is a deflection.

But this lie is effective insofar as it trolls the 'establishment' on behalf of his aggrieved supporters.

It’s the flipside of telling obvious lies—
It destabilizes the norm of truth-telling from the opposite angle. Obvious lies invite the listener to listen for the deeper truth that’s being hinted at (see ); apparently self-defeating truths invite the listener to rethink those apparent defeats.
Either way, the importance of what is actually said is degraded.

Hyp: A male UG bursting into tears in a male prof’s office about grades is an extremely rare event
Why is it rare?
* Strong norms against crying in professional settings in general
* Bursting into tears is esp rare display of emotion in our society, a loss of control generally considered OK only during major personal ruptures
* Norms ag crying are esp strong for young men
* Such norms are (I think?) esp strong in presence of other men
* Any culturally competent member of US society would know that crying over an A minus is an occasion for ridicule rather than sympathy
* The tears were apparently not crocodile tears (perhaps meant to change grade)

Yikes, this is as bad as any piece of Israeli "hasbara" (propaganda):
"To be sure, a lot of Palestinians thought that in a single democratic state, many Jewish Israelis would voluntarily leave, like the French settlers in Algeria did when that country gained its independence..."
An honest assessment would acknowledge at least two obvious facts:

a. At least *some* Palestinians who would have been intent on driving Jews into the sea if they didn't leave on their own;
b. The conquerors would have had a hard time restraining such ppl, esp in wartime.

Trump outlandishly promises that, under the new U.S.-Mexico-Canada Agreement, companies will not leave America. He adds, "Call me a nationalist if you'd like, but I don't want companies leaving."
Trump is telling a long story about how he knew California's water practices were bad when he visited the state with Nunes and saw all the "dry, horrible...all dry land" on farms, with just a little green "spots." Then he says this happened three and a half or four years ago.
Trump complains about California water: "They send it out into the Pacific Ocean." That is where the water naturally goes. He is comprehensively mis-describing the debate about water allocation and smelt protection. He says he still doesn't know what a smelt is.
