Goodlatte & Gowdy Postpone Transcribed Interview with Rosenstein

Washington, D.C. — House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte (R-Va.) and House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy (R-S.C.) released the following statement after postponing tomorrow’s interview with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein:
“The Committees are unable to ask all questions of Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein within the time allotted for tomorrow’s transcribed interview, therefore, the interview will be postponed.
Mr. Rosenstein has indicated his willingness to testify before the Judiciary and Oversight Committees in the coming weeks in either a transcribed interview or a public setting. We appreciate his willingness to appear & will announce further details once it has been rescheduled.”

Goodlatte just said - on Sunday - he's releasing his committee report regardless of outcome.
This meeting was almost surely to get advance update/info on Mueller Inv and IG FISA Report.

The meeting was going to be transcribed and cleared for public release.

Goodlatte & Gowdy indicated this would be done quickly at the time they scheduled interview.
Fast forward a few days. The Dems embraced the caravan issue.

Oops.

Numbers now indicate real problems for Dems at mid-terms.

REAL problems.

Meeting suddenly postponed - NOT by Rosenstein.

Goodlatte and Gowdy postponed.
