1) Trans activists have apparently got a woman fired from her job at @LJMU over her concern for women's safety.

Nina Edge (@nothingwelshstreets) is an artist & socially engaged activist, who's worked to preserve buildings from demolition in Liverpool.

2) Nina Edge expressed concern that if males are admitted to women's prisons, rape shelters and other facilities for females, this might pose a danger to women.

(there have been documented cases of this occuring, see the case of rapist "Karen" White: theguardian.com/uk-news/2018/s…)
3) Nina Edge expressed concern that sex offenders could take advantage of the opportunity of identifying as women to be housed in women's prisons.
She also specifically said "trans friends are NOT predators".

4) Nina Edge stated that BOTH the safety of trans people AND of women were of concern to her. She asked for debate on these issues.

5) Nevertheless, any form of concern for women, even if EXPLICITLY accompanied by the same concern for trans people, is regarded as "transphobia" by trans activists. So they swung into action against Nina Edge.

6) The "whitepube" account monitored her tweets and rustled up support against her, even though they weren't a student of Nina Edge's. So they found out her place of employment.

"Also just been informed she is a temporary tutor at the art school of @LJMU"
7) This individual claims to be a student of Nina Edge's and literally says that it was every student on the course who hounded her out of her job.

8) Liverpool John Moores University has issued a statement:

"We are aware of the current discussions about a member of our staff and their comments in relation to transgender issues.... " ->

9) continuation of @LJMU statement:

"These matters are being dealt with under our normal HR procedures, which are in place to support all students and staff at LJMU."

So it appears the trans activists may have cheered too soon. Or maybe not.
10) Nevertheless, things should never have been allowed to escalate to this level, and these false accusations of transphobia should have been summarily dismissed.
In the meantime, even if Nina Edge is not fired, it will have created a toxic teaching environment for her.
11) And the trans activists are not satisfied: They intend to hunt down every person who expresses any concern for women's rights. On the way there, they liken all such people to Nazis.

12) You may have noticed a major flaw in the trans activists' reasoning:

They say Nina's concern to keep sexual predators who FALSELY claim to be trans out of women's prisons is transphobic.

This shows that their concern is not for trans people, but for males, including rapists
13) This episode demonstrates once again how easy it currently is to rustle up a mob against anyone who criticizes the total and absolute right of males to access all female spaces.
It shows that this form of radical trans activism is essentially a male supremacy movement.
14) And yes, sadly, many women have jumped onto the bandwagon hurtling towards the destruction of their own rights.

The issues at stake are taboo, discussion of them, such as called for by Nina Edge, is stifled at every turn. And so they, as many, are unaware of the stakes.
15) So to conclude, let's highlight Nina Edge's work:

She successfully led a grassroots campaign for over a decade to save 300 houses in Liverpool from demolition by developers.

16) Nina Edge's practice is "socially engaged and she has undertaken many longstanding collaborations with communities."

17) Nina Edge was artist-in-residence for the Granby Winter Garden, transforming a derelict house into an indoor garden as community-owned space.

"This is exactly the kind of experimental and creative environment in which new ways of making art can grow"

18) For trans activists to explicitly aim to deprive a socially engaged artist of her job and livelihood, when she has worked for local communities and defended the rights of trans people AND of women, demonstrates what a narcissistic self-entitled woman-hating ideology this is.
