Some of it was just routine idiocy, like this guy. 
Then there was this person, who offered "proof" for the Sanger quote in now deleted tweet, that @ParkerMolloy quickly noted actually said the exact opposite.
Then there was the guy who harrumphed at the evidence and said he found D'Souza more believable.

Then there was this guy, who argued that all Klan targets were Republicans, even though I'd shown some were Democrats, no, they were all Republicans, even if they weren't officially Republicans because of ... reasons.
This was a late entry, but a really strong one.

That said, I think the title holder might just be this now-deleted early entry, which really captured the day for me in the simplest, stupidest terms.
