1. To get @GOP traitors to come clean we need to touch that one nerve a member of the GOP feels: Their money. It's in Constitution that Traitors can lose all assets and their family too during their lives. I think NY common law still has that rule. May seize #Koch family assets.
2. US Constitution Art. III, Sec 3, clause 2.
The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted.
3. The GOP blood is corrupt and should declared so. Come back to being a loyal US citizen or prepare to be fully and completely destroyed. There will be no mercy for Traitors or their family. @senatemajldr's spouse can lose all her family property. It will be so. @SecElaineChao

3. More over, Turkey's armed forces and leaders have threatened to attack US forces in Syria. Erdogan has personally ordered the attack on US Citizens in DC. He and his family have traded with ISIS for oil stolen in Syria. By any measure Erdogan conducted himself as our enemy.

1. Breadcrumbs. Does this reflect @TheDemocrats apparent awareness of something related to suing Trump related parties? There is an issue with 18 USC 2520 statute of limitations that has put me on watch for an amendment. There is a chance that they know more than we do. Remember Notice of intent to file amended complaint
2. @TheDemocrats are victim of crimes committed by the Russians & US people associated with the 2016 Russian attack. This complaint does not name @realDonaldTrump individually but there is already sufficient proof from Micheal Cohen to add Individual No 1 as a RICO defendant.
3. I am not expert in US Attorney's obligations to victims but I do believe they get to know things not publicly released. Do Dems know that something is coming soon? Maybe. Maybe not. But I've been expected an amendment if it was if they were told. @Mimirocah1 @maddow @Lawrence

1. @KatyTurNBC @MSNBC just had a guest on from the @BrennanCenter. I missed her name. I think she said that the President could veto a 50 USC 1622 joint resolution ending a declared national emergency. IMO the statute makes no such specific reference to Presidential role in it.
2. I understand the US Const says President must sign resolutions but in the case of War Powers Act I think the President doesn't get a say. Nixon tried to stop it but his veto was overridden. Is @BrennanCenter sure about the power of the President to veto a sec 1622 resolution?
3. Any comment from @tribelaw @neal_katyal or their colleagues would be welcome. @maddow @Lawrence @MaddowBlog

Are we better off than we were two years ago?

My answer is YES!

#Democrat answer is NO! Why? They hate @POTUS. Plus they hate their power over us is being taken away. They want us to live their way, not what we want.

So....
2/8 So how do they want us to live?

First, repeal tax cuts for individuals and corporations, and bring back regulations. That will stop our economy, send jobs back overseas, decrease wages again, and 2% GDP will again be normal. I don’t want that.
3/8 They also want open borders. That will result in more illegals either taking our jobs or living off our dime with free healthcare and welfare. Not to mention the increased crime, violence and drugs it will bring to this country.
