Since I decided to share a bit of my experience of fighting depression and anxiety, I got to receive dozens of messages from people who identified with what I said and found comfort in the fact that not even a successful, well-known person is immune to mental health issues.
That’s why I believe it's important to use the voice we have to show that status, fame or money does not make someone better or happier. deep down, we are all equally fragile.

And that’s okay.
I still fight every day against my insecurity. I deleted photos that were ready after days of work because I felt they were not good enough. this helps me to improve as an artist, but it also drives me crazy sometimes.
Which makes me believe that there is nothing more important than finding balance in life.
and that's the big challenge.

but an important step toward this goal is to understand that depression is a disease that needs to be treated as such. and those who suffer from it must understand that this does not make you worse than anyone else.
I’m very grateful for the opportunity that I have to not only share my photos, but to also have such an incredible platform to share and support causes that are important to me. and to be able to do something truly important and meaningful through my work.

So thank you.
