Let's take a closer look at @Breaking9111, a "news feed" account with ~335K followers that turns up semi-frequently in our analyses as well as on the feeds of various accounts (mostly right wing).

Like many "news feed" accounts, @Breaking9111 is partially automated, both via social media automation service Hootsuite and something called "BREAKING NEWS testing", which is likely a script the operator(s) created themselves that operates via the Twitter API.
This account appears to have engaged in some name-swap shenanigans. Prior to 11/3, @Breaking9111 appears to have been named @Breaking911, which has now been replaced with a two and a half year old account with a default profile pic and no tweets.
Almost all external links tweeted by @Breaking9111 link to breaking911(dot)com. This site does not publish original news stories; rather, it harvests headlines and stories from other news sources, both legitimate and otherwise.
Let's close with a quick look at @Breaking9111's followers. Is it odd that a number of them are prominent accounts that don't follow many people back, including two of the official Russia Today accounts (@RT_com and @RT_America), as well as RT editor-in-chief Margarita Simonyan?
Update: @Breaking9111 has deleted all of their tweets prior to the posting of this thread. Included in the removed tweets are those posted with "BREAKING NEWS testing" (likely a custom script) - all remaining automated tweets are via Hootsuite. #LordyWeHaveTheTweets
